Machinery & Inventory
We sell used heavy machinery and equipment including excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, cranes, motor graders, road equipment, telehandlers, tractors, dump trucks, trucks, parts and attachments. See Equipment Categories or Used Machinery.
Our inventory can include Caterpillar, Volvo, Komatsu, JCB, Liebherr, Hyundai, Doosan, Bobcat, Bomag, Hamm, Dynapac, Manitou, Terex, Grove, Tadano, Case, New Holland, Fiat and other established manufacturers. Current availability changes. Visit our Brands page.

Where commercially and logistically suitable, yes. Shipping method and cost depend on the item, weight, dimensions and destination.

Include the machine or product link, make/model, required quantity, destination country/port, company/contact information and any important technical or shipping requirements.
Where a price is shown, buyers should still request confirmation of current availability and applicable commercial terms. The formal quotation or Proforma Invoice governs the specific transaction.
You may provide your preferred shipping term and destination. Final Incoterms and transport responsibilities are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order documentation.
Payment Information
Our established commercial payment method is TT bank-to-bank wire transfer. Always use the payment details stated on the official Proforma Invoice or transaction document.
Our general structure is 40% against Proforma Invoice to confirm the order and begin preparation, followed by 60% against the Bill of Lading and applicable shipping documents. 100% against Proforma Invoice is also accepted. Order-specific terms on the PI take priority.
Payment should only be made according to the official transaction documents and bank details supplied for the order. Review our Payment Information page.

Shipping, Delivery & Export
Yes. Heavy Lift Europe B.V. supports worldwide machinery shipping. Depending on the machine and destination, transport may be by road, container, RoRo or another suitable method.
Shipping cost depends on the machine, dimensions, weight, delivery destination, transport method, route and applicable handling requirements.
Where the machine or parts are suitable for container transport, container shipping can be reviewed. Larger or oversized machines may require RoRo, road transport, flat rack or another suitable method.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and destination charges. Final responsibilities depend on the agreed Incoterm.
Delivery time varies by machine preparation, route, carrier, port, customs, permits and destination. Any delivery estimate provided is subject to transport conditions and third-party logistics.
Yes, some oversized machinery may require special transport permits, escorts, dismantling, loading arrangements or other handling. See Shipping & Export.
Documents & Order Records
Depending on the transaction, documents may include a quotation, Proforma Invoice, sales documentation, invoice and applicable shipping/export records.
Applicable transport and export documentation is provided according to the agreed shipment and transport method.
For an individual order, the accepted quotation, Proforma Invoice or written sales agreement defines the specific commercial terms and takes priority where it differs from general website information.
Condition, Photos & Inspection
Yes. Tell us which machine you are considering and which information is important to your purchase decision. Availability of additional material depends on the specific machine.
No. Used machinery varies by age, operating hours, configuration, maintenance history, attachments and working condition. Review the information for the specific unit before confirming purchase.
Yes. Send the product link or stock reference and we can review the available information for that machine.
Selling Your Machine
Yes. Use our Sell Your Machine page and provide the make, model, year, hours, condition, machine location, asking price and photos where available.
We generally need machine identification, operating information, condition, photographs, location, ownership documentation, attachments and price expectation.
No. Acceptance is subject to commercial review, machine condition, documentation, location, market requirements and other relevant factors.
